The application window is hidden behind taskbar due to wrong options set.
Cause:
The taskbar is set to 'Always On Top', 'Auto Hide' is not selected, and the taskbar is on either the top or left side of the screen.
Solution:
Clear the 'Always On Top' box, select 'Auto Hide', move the taskbar to either the right or bottom of the screen, or maximize the application window.
Do one or more of the following:
1) Clear the 'Always On Top' check box.
a) Click 'Start' to display the Windows 'Start' menu.

b) Select 'Settings' and select 'Taskbar...'.
c) Click the 'Taskbar Options' tab.
d) Clear the 'Always On Top' check box.
2) Select 'Auto Hide'.
a) Click 'Start' to display the Windows 'Start' menu.

b) Select 'Settings' and select 'Taskbar...'.
c) Click the 'Taskbar Options' tab.
d) Select the 'Auto Hide' check box.
3) Click-and-drag the taskbar to the bottom or right side of the screen.
4) Maximize the application window by choosing the 'Maximize'.
